Village of Turner Trace.
Design criteria that includes sight distances,
street walls, outdoor rooms, traffic calming regime, & optimum
personal & social distances. These criteria were guided by a
specific set of
Principles and a
Philosophy of Design that are inherent to our vision of
neighborhoods and Community.
The net result of all the careful planning, the attention to detail, and the proper blending of all of the elements, is the creation of a Community that is an Amenity in and of itself. A community that creates a Sense of Place, a Pride of Place, A Place You Will Always Remember as Home.
